OnePlus 7 renders give us another close look at the likely design

We have a fairly good idea of what the OnePlus 7 will look like at this point, having seen both leaked renders and photos seemingly showing the phone, and now additional high-quality renders have emerged, giving us another peek at the handset.

Shared by @Sudhanshu1414 on Twitter, the renders were created by a case-maker and show the OnePlus 7 from all angles, highlighting the almost complete lack of bezel.

We know from earlier images (and from a large cut-out at the top edge of the cases pictured here) that the OnePlus 7 likely achieves this by using a pop-up selfie camera.

  • OnePlus could launch one of the first 5G phones
  • The iPhone 11 is landing later this year
  • The OnePlus 7 will have to compete with the Galaxy S10

Other details include a triple-lens rear camera, no 3.5mm headphone port and no sign of a fingerprint scanner, which is unsurprising since it’s probably built into the screen like it was on the OnePlus 6T.

None of these details are new, but they do line up with what we’ve seen and heard before, so there’s a high chance they’re accurate. That, or this case-maker has simply based its wares on those older rumors.

We should know the truth before too long though, as the OnePlus 7 is likely to land in May or June, so it’s probably only a month or two out at the time of writing.

While the design might not be much of a surprise, the specs and features still could be, as most of them haven’t yet been rumored, though we’d expect plenty more leaks will emerge in the coming weeks.
