OPPO A7n with Helio P35 SoC & 16MP Selfie Camera Launched
Later this month, OPPO will be launching new OPPO Reno lineup smartphones in China. The high-end Reno smartphone will come powered by 7nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Mobile Platform and also sports periscope style telephoto camera with 10x lossless zoom. On the other hand, it is also making silent product announcements in China. A new budget smartphone called Oppo A7n is now listed on the company’s website.
However, the availability details of the device are not yet known. The all-new OPPO A7n looks exactly similar to the recently launched OPPO A5s. We can even find a few similarities in terms of hardware of both these devices. On the front, the OPPO A7n sports a 6.2-inch waterdrop notch display with HD+ (1520 x 720 pixels) resolution. It is backed by a MediaTek Helio P35 octa-core processor clocked at 2.3GHz and comes coupled with PowerVR GE8320 GPU.
The device comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. There is also a dedicated MicroSD card slot for further expanding the storage up to 256GB. It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo-based ColorOS 5.2 out of the box. We hope the company releases the ColorOS 6.0 update for these newly launched budget smartphones. The OPPO A7n is backed by 4230mAh non-removable battery and might miss out the fast charging support.
In terms of optics, the device comes with 13MP + 2MP dual camera setup on the rear with f/2.2 aperture and a 16MP single selfie camera on the front with f/2.0 aperture. It measures 155.9 x 75.4 x 8.2 mm and weighs 170 grams. Connectivity options include 4g VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, USB OTG, NFC, 3.5mm audio jack, and a MicroUSB 2.0 port. With these specifications, the OPPO 7n will be retailing for CNY 1499 (approx USD 223 / INR 15,400). Stay tuned on PhoneRadar for more details!
