Honor 8 Lite Smartphone Gets Rs. 2,000 Price Cut in India

In the first half of 2017, Honor launched the Honor 8 Lite smartphone in India for Rs. 17,999. Now, the company has announced a price cut of Rs. 2,000 bringing the final price to Rs. 15,999. The smartphone is sold via offline retail store across the country. It comes with a 5.2-inch Full HD display and is powered Kirin 655 octa-core processor. The device also packs 4GB of RAM and 64GB of expandable storage. It runs on Android 7.0 Nougat based EMUI 5.0 out of the box.

Xiaomi Mi A1 Gets New Update with November Security Patch Update

The Mi A1 Android One smartphone is Xiaomi is receiving a new update the brings the latest security patch update of November. Apart from the security patch update, the update also improves the stability and optimises the performance. However, there is no Android 8.0 Oreo for the Mi A1 users. Earlier this week, the company launched the Rose Gold variant of the Mi A1 in India. It is priced at Rs. 14,999 and is sold via Flipkart, Mi.com, and Mi Home stores.

Hike Partners with Airtel Payments Bank for its Payment Wallet

The Hike app has announced its partnership with Airtel Payments Bank for its payment wallet. With this partnership, Hike will get the access to Airtel Payments Bank’s merchant and utility payment services and KYC infrastructure. The company also mentioned that they are on track to see over five million transactions by this month end. According to the company, the app has over 100 million registered users and is said to be growing by over 30% month-on-month.

 

Razer Phone to Go on Sale for SGD 1,068 in Singapore

After launching in the Western markets, the Razer Phone is now made available in Singapore. It is first Asian market to get the new gaming-centric smartphone. The smartphone is priced at SGD 1,068 (approx $793 / Rs. 51,200) without any contracts. The company also said to offer Razer Hammerhead Bluetooth headset for free for the first 200 pre-orders. It is currently available for pre-order, and the sales will begin from December 1st.

Logitech G G603 Wireless Gaming Mouse & G613 Wireless Gaming Keyboard Launched in India

Logitech G has launched the G603 Lightspeed Wireless Gaming Mouse and G613 Lightspeed Wireless Gaming Keyboard for Rs. 5,995 and Rs. 8,945 respectively in India. Both these new products are powered by the new lightspeed wireless technology. The Hero optical sensor in the G603 Lightspeed Wireless Gaming Mouse offers high precision and 10x the power efficiency of previous generation sensors. On the other hand, the G613 Lightspeed Wireless Gaming Keyboard comes with a 1ms response rate and uses Bluetooth for multi-device connectivity.
