OnePlus 5T Will Not Include Wireless Charging

Next week, OnePlus will be unveiling the OnePlus 5T smartphone in New York. While the all the other smartphone manufacturers are opting for wireless charging, OnePlus clarified that the new OnePlus 5T will not include wireless charging feature. However, the company will continue using the in-house Dash Charge fast charging technology introduced with the OnePlus 3. According to the company, the current wireless charging infrastructures brings more limitations than freedom.

Airtel Rs 499 Infinity Plan Includes Unlimited Calls on National Roaming

Lately, we are seeing several unlimited plans from the incumbent operators. Airtel today announced the Rs. 499 Infinity Plan for postpaid users with unlimited calls even on national roaming. The plan also comes with unlimited local & STD voice calls and 20GB of 4G/3G data. It also comes bundled with six months of Airtel secure device protection plan and a free subscription to Wynk Music and Airtel TV apps. Airtel also introduced the “Data Rollover” feature, where the unused data can be carried forward with up to 500GB limit.

Skype Mobile App Now Offers Photo Effects & Stickers

The latest update of the Microsoft-owned Skype mobile apps brings new features like photo effects and stickers. These same features can also be seen on the Snapchat and Instagram apps. The photo effects are personalized by the Artificial Intelligence that looks into several details like facial emotion, age, and others. Microsoft earlier introduced the similar feature with the Sprinkle app.

Jio 4G Users Can Get Cashback Up to Rs 2,599 on Recharges of Rs 399 & Above.

Reliance Jio’s Rs 309 unlimited plan validity for most of its users is coming to an end. The company now came with a new triple cashback offer that includes 100% cashback of the recharge amount from Jio and its waller partners. Additionally, the users will also receive Rs. 1,899 worth vouchers on every recharge. These discount vouchers can be used on its partner website including AJIO, Yatra, and RelianceTrends. The triple cashback offers starts tomorrow and will end on November 25th.

Niantic to Launch Harry Potter AR Game in 2018

Niantic’s Pokemon Go is one of the most popular mobile games in the recent times. Now, the same developer announced a new AR-based mobile game called Harry Potter: Wizards Unite. The company has partnered with Warner Bros Interactive Entertainment and WB Games San Francisco to develop this new AR mobile game. As seen with the Pokemon Go, the Harry Potter game might also include teams to play with other nearby players in the virtual world.

Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro Receives Android 7.1.1 Nougat Update

A few Samsung Galaxy smartphones have received the Android 7.1.1 Nougat update in the last few weeks. Now, the Galaxy C9 Pro users in India have started receiving the Android 7.1.1 Nougat-based Samsung Experience 8.5 update. With the new Samsung Experience 8.5, the company revamped the in-house TouchWiz user interface and added several new features. The update also brings the October’s security patch update.
