Motorola One Power Android One Smartphone to Launch in India on September 24th

At the IFA 2018, Motorola launched the Motorola One and One Power Android One smartphones. Both these two devices are already available in China as Motorola P30 Note and P30 Play. The Motorola One is said to be available across Europe, Latin America, and Asia Pacific countries. Coming to the Motorola One Power, it was then mentioned to be made available in India in October.

However, the latest tweet from the Motorola India Twitter handles suggests the Motorola One Power to actually launch on September 24th in India. As of now, we don’t have any information about the pricing or the availability of the device. Talking about the specifications, the Motorola One Power will be coming with a 6.2-inch notch display offering Full HD+ (2246 × 1080 pixels) resolution.

Under the hood is the 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 Mobile Platform coupled Adreno 509 GPU. While the Xiaomi introduced Snapdragon 636 with its the Redmi Note 5 Pro, the upcoming Redmi Note 6 Pro is also said to feature the same chipset. The Motorola One Power will be running on Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box. In terms of optics, the device sports 16MP + 5MP dual camera setup on the rear and 12MP single selfie camera on the front.

The device is backed by a 4,850mAh non-removable battery and should support Turbo Charge fast charging technology. The Moto M logo on the rear also comes with an integrated fingerprint sensor. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, 3.5mm audio jack, and a USB Type-C port. Stay tuned on PhoneRadar for more details
