The successor to the BlackBerry KEYone will be called as BlackBerry KEY2. While the KEY2 design looks similar to KEYone, the company made few changes. While the power button, volume rocker, and convenience key are placed on the right edge, the SIM card slot sits alone on the left edge. On the KEYone, the convenience key is placed on the left edge. To differentiate the power key, the convenience key now comes with the textured pattern.

The space button on the fourth row will come with an integrated fingerprint sensor. On the rear, we can spot the dual rear cameras along with dual tone LED flash. The BlackBerry KEY2 is backed by a 3,360mAh non-removable battery. The device should be running on the latest Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box.

It measures 151.4 × 71.8 × 8.5 mm and weighs 168 grams. The BlackBerry KEY2 comes with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage that can further expandable using a MicroSD card slot. Talking about the cameras, there are 12MP dual rear cameras and an 8MP single front camera. Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, 3.5mm audio jack, and a USB Type-C port.
