Intex Launches Aqua Power HD & Cloud String V2.0 Smartphones with Android Lollipop
Intex had recently launched the Aqua Ring smartphone with entry-level specifications and priced at Rs. 3,999 and is available for purchase through Amazon India. Now, the company has unveiled two new smartphones that are named as Intex Aqua Power HD & Cloud String V2.0. Both smartphones are listed on company’s website, and pricing of the devices are Rs. 8363 & Rs. 6,499. They are running on the Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box and support 4G LTE Connectivity. The Intex Cloud String smartphone is exclusively available for purchase via Flipkart while the Aqua Power HD handset will be available for pre-orders in online stores in coming days.
Intex Aqua Power HD:
The device has an upgrade version of Intex Aqua Power 4G smartphone that was recently launched at Rs. 6,399. It comes with a splendidly textured painting back finish, which will come in three color options such as Champagne, Grey, and Blue. This smartphone sports a 5.0-inch HD display with a 16.7 million colors and 65.70% Screen-to- Body Ratio ( Bezel to Screen). It also offers a 294 PPI of pixel density.
Under the hood, it relies on Cortex A7 quad-core processor that clocks at 1.4 GHz paired with Mali 400 GPU. There is a 16GB internal memory and 2GB of RAM. It can also further be expanded up to 32 GB via microSD. It packs an 8-megapixel autofocus rear camera with LED flash that can record videos in 720p at 30 frames per second. On the front, it has a 5-megapixel secondary camera for selfies.
The main USP of the device is a massive 3900 mAh capacity battery that can deliver up to 7 hours and lasts up to 390 hours of standby time. It is measured by a 144 x 72.8 x 9.6 mm in dimensions and is weighing around 155 grams.
Intex Cloud String V2.0:
It is the third fingerprint sensor smartphone from the company after Intex Aqua Secure and Intex Aqua View. This smartphone comes with a 5-inch HD display with 1280 x 720 pixels resolutions and has a 65.63% screen to body ratio. It comes powered by Spreadtrum 9832A quad-core processor that clocks at 1.3 GHz paired with Mali 400 GPU.
As per as cameras are concerned, it bears an 8-megapixel auto focus primary camera that can record videos in 1080p at 30 frames per second. There is a 5-megapixel front snapper for selfies. The other camera features include Slow Motion video, Panorama mode, and HDR. The device houses a 16GB internal memory that can further be expanded via microSD and 2GB of RAM.
This smartphone has built-in features such as Emergency Resue and Smart Gestures. Powering of the entire device is 2200 mAh Lithium Ion battery, which gives a talk time up to 7 hours and 190 hours of standby time. The device has an 8.7 mm thickness and weight is around 150 grams. The other connectivity options on the device include 3G HSPA+, Bluetooth, GPS/A-GPS, GPRS/EDGE, WLAN, FM Radio, Micro USB and 3.5 mm audio jack. It will be available in Champagne and Silver color variants.
