Last month, CENTRiC had launched its latest mid-range smartphone called CENTRiC A1 in the Indian market. Now, the company came up with a new entry-level smartphone for the budget constraint users. The new CENTRiC L3 is priced at Rs. 6,749 and will be sold via offline stores. With the offline availability and affordable price tag, the CENTRiC L3 has an edge over other smartphones at this price range.

Below are the four best features of the CENTRiC L3 smartphone.

• Expandable Storage

Nowadays, we mostly see smartphones with hybrid SIM card slots, where the user has to choose between the secondary SIM and MicroSD card slot. With the CENTRiC L3, the company is offering a dedicated MicroSD card slot for expanding the storage additionally up to 256GB. Internally, the smartphone includes 16GB of internal storage and 2GB of RAM. With more storage space, the user can have more multimedia content saved on their phone for offline viewing.

• Camera

The CENTRiC L3 sports a 13MP autofocus camera on the rear with LED flash and a 5MP fixed focus camera on the front for selfies. Both the front and rear cameras can record videos at 720p resolution. Talking about other features of the camera app, you get the manual control options for adjusting ISO, Exposure, White Balance, and others. There is also Face Beauty mode to make the photos look much better. The users can also use the volume rocker as shutter button within the camera app.

• Battery

Compared to other budget smartphones, the CENTRiC L3 packs a relatively bigger battery. It got a 3,050mAh Li-Polymer battery and it’s removable so the user can replace without any issues. According to the company, the battery on the CENTRiC L3 is rated to give up to 23 hours of talk time and lasts up to 80 hours on standby. Since the smartphone runs on Android 7.0 Nougat, it includes the Doze mode for limiting the battery drain by optimizing the apps.

• Fingerprint Sensor

The fingerprint sensor on the CENTRiC L3 is another feature to talk about. While most of the smartphones at this price range skip the fingerprint sensor, the other few devices come with a rear-facing fingerprint sensor. The CENTRiC L3 priced at Rs. 6,749 sports a front-facing fingerprint sensor. It is also thinner than the usual front-facing fingerprint sensors. CENTRiC also claims this advanced fingerprint sensor can unlock the device in just 0.12 seconds.
