Flipkart is now selling smartphones under its own private label called Billion. On the other hand, Amazon partnered with a Chinese company to sell the 10.or (Tenor) branded smartphones exclusively on Amazon India. We have already seen the launch of 10.or E and 10.or G smartphones. Both these devices come with aggressive price tags and offer metal unibody design. Today, the company launched its third smartphone called as 10.or D in India.

The device comes in 2GB and 3GB RAM variants and is priced at Rs. 4,999 and Rs. 5,999 respectively. At this price, the device will be competing with the Xiaomi Redmi 5A. Unlike the Redmi 5A, the 10.or D runs on stock Android and will soon receive the latest Android 8.0 Oreo update. The 10.or D will be available in Black and Gold color options, and the sale will begin starting January 5th, 2018. Amazon is also offering 1 year of additional warranty for the Amazon Prime members.

The 10.or D sports a 5.2-inch IPS display with HD (1280 x 720 pixels) resolution. It comes with a polycarbonate shell, and it shouldn’t be an issue this price point. Under the hood is the 64-bit Snapdragon 425 quad-core processor coupled with Adreno 308. The 2GB RAM variant comes with 16GB of internal storage and 3GB RAM variant offers 32GB of onboard storage. It also includes a MicroSD card slot for further expansion of storage.

It runs on Android 7.1.2 Nougat and comes with few pre-installed apps like Amazon and Prime Video. Talking about the optics, there is a 13MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP front camera for selfies. It is backed by a 3,500mAh battery that is rated to give up to 25 hours of talk time and lasts up to 10 days in standby mode. Compared to the Redmi 5A, the 10.or D comes with a bigger battery and a rear-facing fingerprint sensor.
