Zanco Tiny T1 is the World’s Smallest Mobile Phone & Weighs Just 13 Grams

We see some very interesting stuff on the crowdfunding platforms, and there will be few weird products as well. A new mobile phone called Zanco Tiny T1 is now listed on Kickstarter for raising GBP 25,000 (approx USD 33,480 / INR 21,41,000). It crossed the total amount is less than 2 days from over 550 backers. As the name suggests, the Zanco Tiny T1 is said to be the smallest mobile phone in the world. It got the basic functionality like call and text as seen on the good old feature phones.
According to the company, The Zanco Tiny T1 mobile phone is smaller than your thumb and lighter than a coin. It got an alphanumeric keyboard beneath the tiny 0.49-inch OLED display with 32 x 64 pixels resolution. The Tiny T1 comes powered by MediaTek MTK6261D processor and includes 32MB of RAM. Earlier to this, we have seen this chipset on the low-cost smartwatches and feature phones.
With the 32MB of storage, the device can store 50 messages and 50 incoming and outgoing calls. It comes with a single Nano SIM card slot. The Zanco Tiny T1 measures 46.7 x 21 x 12 mm and weighs only 13 grams. It got a 200mAh battery to power up the device, and the company mentioned it to give up to 3 days of standby time and 180 minutes of talk time. On the connectivity, the device includes 2G, Bluetooth, and MicroUSB port.
There is no support for 3G and 4G, and it will be as useless as the new Nokia 3310 in few developed countries. Under the super early bird deal, you can get one of the Zanco Tiny T1 mobile phones for GBP 30 (approx USD 40 / INR 2,500). There is also an additional shipping charge of GBP 10 for most of the countries. Once the Kickstarter funding ends in January 2018, the device will go into production. The estimated delivery date for the Zanco Tiny T1 is May 2018.
