Moto E5 with 4000mAh Battery Already Listed on Amazon India for Rs 10,785

A couple months, Motorola has officially unveiled the Moto E5, E5 Plus, & E5 Play smartphones alongside the Moto G6, G6 Plus, G6 Play smartphones. While the Moto G6 and G6 Play are now made available in India, the company hasn’t confirmed about the availability of the Moto E6 devices. However, the Moto E5 is now listed on Amazon India even before the official announcement. It comes in Flash Grey color and is priced at Rs 10,785.

It sports a 5.7-inch Max Vision display with HD+ (1440 x 720 pixels) resolution and 18:9 aspect ratio. Just like other low-cost 18:9 smartphones, the Moto E6 also comes with relatively thick bezels on all the four sides. The device is powered by the 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 quad-core processor clocked at 1.4GHz and comes coupled with Adreno 308 GPU. The device offers 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage that can be expandable up to 128GB.

While the company announced the device to come in single and dual SIM variants, the Indian market seems to get only the dual-SIM variant.  Talking about the cameras, the device sports a 13MP camera on the rear with f/2.0 aperture and 5MP camera on the front for selfies and video calls. Both the front and rear cameras come accompanied by a LED flash. It is backed by a 4,000mAh non-removable battery and supports up to 5V/2A (10W) charging input.

The Moto E5 runs on Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box and offers bloatware-free UI with a few Moto exclusive features. It measures 154.4 × 72.2 × 8.95 mm and weighs 174 grams. The Moto dimple on the rear now also features a circular fingerprint sensor. While the power button and volume rocker are placed on the right edge, the SIM card slot is on the left edge. Though the device offers on-screen navigation buttons, we also expect to see the ‘One Button Nav’ gestures support.
