Motorola to Launch a New Smartphone on August 2nd, Could be Moto Z3
Earlier this month, Motorola launched the Moto Z3 Play smartphone in 4GB and 6GB RAM variants in Brazil. Today, the company announced to launch a new smartphone on August 2nd in Mexico. Apart from the launch date, the company hasn’t announced any other details regarding the upcoming smartphone. While the company mentioned to expect a whole new way to connect, stream, download, video chat, and more with the new smartphone, we certainly expect it to be a new flagship smartphone.
We cant consider the Moto Z3 Play powered by Snapdragon 636 processor to be a flagship device. While there is no confirmation, a few leaks suggest the company to unveil the Moto Z3 on August 2nd. Next month, the company might actually launch the Moto One and One Power Android One smartphones. Unlike the Moto Z3, we got to know few details of the device Moto One smartphones. Both the devices will be coming with a notch display and dual rear cameras.
As seen on the Moto Z3 Play, the Moto Z3 might also come with glass back body. The fingerprint sensor is placed on the right edge and it also supports ‘One Button Nav’ gestures. The Moto Z3 Play came with 6-inch Super AMOLED display with Full HD+ (2160 x 1080 pixels) resolution and Snapdragon 636 octa-core processor. The upcoming Moto Z3 might come with same 18:9 AMOLED display. Under the hood, we expect to see Snapdragon 845 processor.
On the rear, the device will most probably feature dual camera setup. It will be running on Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box with no bloatware apps. However, there will be Moto exclusive features like Moto Display and Moto Gestures. As there is no official confirmation, take these details with a pinch of salt and wait for the official confirmation.
