Galaxy Note 7 Pre-orders open in Dubai with $130 deposit before August 2nd

Galaxy Note 7

Samsung Galaxy Note 7 is going to launch in two weeks now, and we have already seen almost everything about the smartphone in detail. But now we have some new images, which appears to be the final renders of the device. Also, pre-orders for the smartphone has already started in Dubai. So if you want to be the first one to own this smartphone, then you can pre-order it now.

According to the reports, the pre-orders for the smartphone has now begun officially in Dubai. You can just walk into a store and deposit AED 500 (roughly comes to about $130). This can be done any time until August 2nd i.e. when the device launches officially in New York and two other countries. Earlier it was also reported that carriers like T-Mobile etc. will also start the pre-orders soon. But now that it has officially begun in Dubai, it is likely that T-Mobile and other US carriers will do the same.

It won’t be surprising if we start seeing retailers and carriers open pre-orders for this handset in other markets as well. Also, customers who pre-order the Galaxy Note 7 in Dubai will receive a 128GB microSD card for free. But it is unclear at this time if the company will throw in a Gear VR headset with the smartphone for users who pre-order it, as it did with the Galaxy S7 and the S7 Edge. The device comes with a Quad HD (2560 x 1440 pixels) resolution, and the earlier leaks suggest the screen size to be of 5.7-inches.

Under the hood is the Snapdragon 820 quad-core processor coupled with Adreno 530 GPU. Few rumors suggest the device to sport the recently announced 2.4GHz Snapdragon 821 quad-core processor. Although the device is expected to sport 6GB fo RAM, it includes only 4GB of RAM. In the camera department, the Galaxy Note 7 sports a 13MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera. Stay tuned for more info on this as we get close to the launch date.
