Jio 4G Special Tariff Vouchers (STVs) for Voice Calls & SMS Leaked
Reliance Jio is all set to launch commercially for the consumers, and the company has planned a lot of benefits for the users for the same. We just covered a story, where we saw a bunch of new Night data packs from the service provider and now on the same lines, we have now come across certain rate cutter plans that the company might be offering to the consumers after the official launch. These will be similar to what other service providers are also offering currently, but we can expect Jio to take it one step further and maybe offer these services at a comparatively less price than the competition.
Below is the list of plans that is expected to be launched by the company.
With all these new plans introduced by the service provider, it would be interesting to see what others are going to do in order to keep up with the market share. Already consumers are preferring Jio over other existing services because of it’s cost effective plans. Jio is yet to be launched commercially but it already has a user base of more than 1.5 million, thanks to the LYF smartphones. To increase its user base, Jio will also be bringing the Mobile Number Portability (MNP) so that user can change their network and can still retain their number.
The company said that it is almost ready to start offering its 4G services in the country. According to them, the services should be available in all circles, except for four, where the company predicts it could take up to four to six more weeks to prepare the network. However, the announcement indicates that the commercial launch may be just right around the corner. Jio might give fierce competition to all the other well-established service providers. Compared to data consumption on other networks, the usage on Jio is very high, to be precise it is 18.5GB usage per month per Jio user. The leaked internet plans suggest Jio offer 1GB of 4G data at just Rs. 100 while other service providers are charging almost Rs. 250.
