Micromax Launches Bolt Supreme 4 Smartphone with 5″ HD display & 2000 mAh battery

Micromax, the Indian smartphone manufacturer, is known for launching affordable handsets with competitive specifications in the market. Recently, the Company had unveiled two new smartphones with entry-level specs that were named as Micromax Bolt Supreme & Bolt Supreme 2 and priced at Rs. 2749 & Rs. 2999 respectively. Now, Micromax has come up with yet another bolt series smartphone called as Bolt Supreme 4 and has been listed on the official website. It is exclusively available via Amazon India for Rs. 6149.

The Bolt Supreme 4 smartphone sports a 5-inch IPS HD display with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution that offers 294 PPI of pixel density and 16 M colors. Under the hood, it comes powered by MediaTek MT6580 Quad-core processor that clocks at 1.3 GHz coupled with Mali 400 GPU. It runs on the latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow with preloaded applications such as Amazon Kindle, Gaana, Skype, Opera Mini, Amazon Shopping, Quikr, Temple Run paradise and Snapdeal, etc.

It supports dual-SIM smartphone, which is limited to 3G network only. Connectivity options on the device include Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS, FM Radio and Micro USB port. The Bolt Supreme 4 handset houses an 8GB built-in memory that can be further expanded up to 64GB via microSD along with 1GB of RAM. Most of the smartphones are coming with the variety of sensors, but this smartphone comes with a Gravity, Proximity, and Light sensors.

Regarding camera department, it features an 8-megapixel autofocus rear camera with LED flash, which will record videos up to 720p at 30 frames per second. On the front, it has a 5-megapixel snapper with Fixed Focus for selfies and video chats. The Micromax Bolt Supreme 4 smartphone packs with a 2000 mAh battery capacity, which claims to offer a talk time up to 22 hours and lasts a standby time up to 450 hours. It will be available in only Gold color option.

According to specs, the handset will compete for the Intex Cloud Fame that was launched at just Rs. 3999. Recently, the company has introduced Micromax Canvas Unite 4 & Canvas Unite 4 Pro smartphones and priced at Rs. 6999 & Rs. 7499 respectively.
