Google Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL Comes with Two Years Warranty

Google has unveiled the Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL devices with one year of manufacturer warranty. Now, the company has extended the warranty to an additional one year. The Google Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL are currently available to pre-order in India through Flipkart and offline retail stores. However, the company is facing inventory issues just like the previously launched Nexus and Pixel devices.

Latest Update for Samsung Pay Adds Support for Android 8.0 Oreo

Samsung has released a new update of 104MB in size for the Samsung Pay in India. Apart from the regular bug fixes, this new update also adds the Android 8.0 Oreo support. It also hints the company might soon roll-out the Android 8.0 Oreo updates for its smartphones. Samsung might soon launch the Android 8.0 Oreo Beta Program for the Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus devices. The official announcement regarding the Oreo update might come in the next few days.

Dell XPS 15 Laptop with InfinityEdge Display Launched in India

Dell has launched its premium XPS 15 laptop today in India for Rs. 1,17,990. According to the company, it also the smallest 15-inch laptop. It sports a 15.6-inch Full HD InfinityEdge display with touchscreen support. The laptop is powered by the latest 7th Gen Intel quad-core processor along with 4GB of GeForce GTX 1050 graphics card. On the connectivity front, the XPS 15 includes Bluetooth, WiFi, three multi-use ports, and two USB 3.0 ports.

 

Google will Fix the Pixel 2 XL Display Issues with a Software Update

Google Pixel 2 XL with its display issues has been in the middle of controversy for the last one week. There are several reports about the blue tint and screen burn-in issues. Now, Google has confirmed to fix these issues with a software update that will be available in the next few weeks. With the new update, the users will be able to choose between the different display modes.

Vodafone Brings New Rs 496 Unlimited Plans with 84 Days Validity

Yesterday, we mentioned about the Vodafone’s SuperWeek plan with unlimited benefits. Today, the company came up with a new Rs 496 unlimited plan for its new prepaid users. With this plan, the users get benefits like unlimited voice calls with free nationwide roaming and 1GB of 4G high-speed data for 84 days. The same benefits are also available with the Rs 177 plan, but the validity is only limited to 28 days. As of now, these two new plans are only available for its users in Delhi & NCR region.

Discounted Amazon Prime Membership will End on October 30th

Back in July 2016, Amazon India launched the Prime membership in India at a discounted price of Rs. 499. Today the company has announced the discounted price to end on October 30th. The Prime members in India are eligible for free 1-day and 2-day delivery along with standard shipping without minimum purchase limit. Amazon also included the Prime Video streaming service in the Prime membership and will soon bring the Amazon Prime Music.

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 Ti Founders Edition is Priced at Rs. 39,000 in India

NVIDIA has the launched GeForce GTX 1070 Ti and GTX 1070 Ti Founders Edition in India as the successors to last year’s GeForce GTX 1070. The GTX 1070 Ti Founders Edition will be available for Rs. 39,000 starting next month in India. Even the earlier launched Radeon RX Vega 56 is also launched with the same price tag. The GTX 1070 Ti is built on the same old TSMC 16nm FinFET process but packs 2,432 cores. On the other hand, the OEM partners like Asus, Gigabyte, MSI, and Zotac will be releasing the custom versions of GeForce GTX 1070 Ti.
