In 2017, we have seen smartphones with metal unibody design and high-end specifications at a very competitive price. With the service provides subsidizing the low-cost smartphones, the users can now get a 4G VoLTE smartphone at an effective price of less than Rs. 2,000. Now, a little smartphone brand Aqua launched its new smartphone called Aqua Jazz in the Indian market. It comes with a Rs. 5,999 price tag and offers dual rear cameras.
At this price, the Aqua Jazz also comes with a metal unibody design. The smartphone comes with a 5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) display and is powered by an unspecified quad-core processor clocked at 1.3Ghz. It also offers 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage that can be further expandable via a MicroSD card. Talking about the dual rear cameras, there is a 13MP primary sensor along with a VGA secondary sensor.
On the front of the Aqua Jazz is a 5MP front-facing camera for selfies and video calls. Both the front and rear cameras on the Aqua Jazz are accompanied by a LED flash. It is backed by a 2,800mAh non-removable battery that might give at least a day-long battery life. The smartphone also supports dual SIM dual standby and offers 4G VoLTE for using the Jio 4G SIM. On the rear of the device, we also sport the circular fingerprint sensor.
Connectivity options include 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, 3.5mm audio jack, and a MicroUSB 2.0 port. It comes in Black and Gold color options. According to the company, the device will be sold via online and offline stores across the country. Last week, Intex launched the Elyt Dual smartphone with dual selfie cameras for Rs. 6,999.
