Lava Helium 12 Laptop Launched in India for Rs. 12,999 with 12.5” Display

Helium 12 is a new Windows 10 laptop from Lava and will also be a new addition to the Helium series. A few months ago we have also seen Lava launching it’s Helium 14 and will be available in Gold and Silver color and is priced at Rs. 12,999 in India and will be available across 14 cities in India from retail stores and multi-brand outlets. It will come with 32GB of Storage which is expandable with a microSD card.

Coming to the specifications of the device, the Helium 12 with 12.5” HD (1366 x 768 pixels) resolution with LED Backlit display. Under the hood, there is a 1.44 GHz quad-core Intel Z8350 processor (Turbo Boost up to 1.88GHz) with Intel HD Graphics coupled With 2GB LPDDR3 RAM. The onboard storage is just 32GB but can be extended up to a maximum of 128GB via microSD card slot. There is a VGA Webcam for making video calls.

There are connectivity options like Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, 1 x USB 3.0, 1 x USB 2.0, 1 x Mini HDMI Port. The device measures 318 x 211 x 20 mm and weighs 1.31 grams in weight. There is a 10000mAh Lithium Polymer Battery to power the laptop and also comes with a 3.5mm headphone out. It has connectivity options like Windows 10 Home OS and might be getting further updates. It will be competing with many other entry-level laptops which come in similar price range and specifications.
