Samsung India delays Note 7 Shipments by two weeks, to ship from September 12 onwards
The biggest news around the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 is about the device itself getting delayed. Yes, the company officially delayed the shipments of the device in South Korea now, after a series of the device explosions around the world. It is definitely a good move by the manufacturer as they want to ensure the consumer’s safety, but at the same time it is very annoying that issue exists in the first place.
But now according to our sources, it is expected that the shipments of the device might be delayed even in India. Well, the reason for this is not the exploding issues, but it is reported that it is due to limited stocks. Few people who have per-ordered the device are now getting the notification from the company, stating that the shipment is going to be delayed. We would like to thank our reader Yogesh Kataria, for sharing this info with us.

As you can clearly see, the company has sent him a text message regarding the delay. Do make a note that the device was launched initially on August 2nd worldwide, which later launched by August 11th in India. So September 2nd was already very late for shipping the device, and now they have delayed it yet again. And this time, there is no official update from the company as well on this.
India being one of the most expensive markets to buy the smartphone, where they are not giving any freebies also, at least an update was expected for this by the company. Well, now we just have to wait and see when the company decides to ship the devices here in India. Stay tuned for more details on this issue, as we will update once we get any update from the company.
