Vodafone Announces International Roaming Packs Starting at Rs 500 with Free Incoming Calls
Say goodbye to the days when calling in roaming was a headache for international travellers. Vodafone India, one of the largest Telecom operator in the country has announced new roaming packs for its subscribers. In these new Roaming packs, users would have to pay a daily rental of Rs 500 and get free incoming calls.
No more worrying about the communication costs during your international trip. Usually, what happens during international trips, we think not to use our international roaming number but end up using it anyway. While prepaid customers would see no balance left after just couple minutes of calls, Postpaid ones keep worrying about exceeding the limit of current bill cycle.
Now at least Vodafone consumers in the country who often travel out of the country can avail this offer on their existing Vodafone numbers. This offer is also available for new customers too. Under this packs, Prepaid, as well as Postpaid users, can enjoy free incoming facility and outgoing at just Rs 1/ min.
While there are users, who would like to access the internet during their international trip. For those customers, the company would be charging at Rs 1/MB. It isn’t quite affordable, but better than usual international roaming rates.
The countries that are included in this list are UAE, Thailand, Singapore, USA, UK, China, Germany, Hong Kong and more. Note that this pack is valid for 34 countries that including popular business and holiday destinations.
Users can book the International Roaming Pack in advance, prior to their travel dates. They can choose the number of days for which pack is required and avail the benefits during those days. Booking is made available for future travel plans, thus making it convenient for Prepaid as well as Postpaid subscribers to enjoy conversations during international trips.
