UMi launches Umi Diamond 4G Smartphone with 3GB RAM at 119.99 USD
UMi Diamond 4G has been launched for a price of $119.99 (approx Rs. 8000). UMi is a Smartphone maker that provides service for Europe, Southeast Asia, Middle East and Africa. This relatively new company has released few devices like UMi Plus Extreme, UMi Plus, UMi Diamond, UMi Max, UMi Super 2 and few other devices. All these handsets are powered by Android operating system, and many devices are going to be launched soon.
The Umi Diamond 4G will come in Black, White and Gold color variants. The device comes with tapered edges with a dual curved body and metal frame that provides better grip on the device. There is a 5-inch IPS LCD with a resolution of 1280 x 720-pixel resolutions with T2X-1 glass protection on top.
To power the device there is a 64 Bit MTK753 Octa-Core processor with a clocking speed of 1.5 GHz coupled with 3GB of LPDDR3 RAM and ARM Mali – T720 GPU. The onboard memory on the device is 16GB which can extend up to 128GB via microSD card. The handset comes out of the box with Android 6.0 Marshmallow which could be getting further updates in the future.The handset will be powered by a 2650mAh Sony Li-Polymer 4.35V battery which is placed on the rear side.

There is an 8MP Hi843b camera on the rear with flash (Interpolated to 13MO), and it is accompanied with 2MP SP2509 camera on the front. There are sensors like, Gravity sensor, Distance sensor, Hall switch, Proximity and few other sensors. There are connectivity options like Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n 2.4GHz/5GHz, Bluetooth v4.0, GPS and A-GPS. You can also get more information about the same from the company’s official website.
The company has also provided multi-language support on this device that lets the user choose their preferred language to use the handset.
