Leaked images of Moto E4 & Moto E4 Plus surface online
You are reading a story from PhoneRadar.
Motorola is one of those companies which is typically known for launching a bunch of smartphone per year targeting different audience in various price point. From High-end to low-end smartphones, Moto has been doing it all and just like every year, it looks like this year also things are going to be the same with Moto. There are some rumors about the upcoming Moto Z2 coming. And now talking about some low-end affordable offering, the Moto E4, and the E4 Plus has started making an appearance online.
A couple of days back, we first spotted the E4 and the E4 Plus on FCC where we got some info about these devices. However, now we have yet another look at both the devices from the front, thanks to Evan Blass to put them online on his Twitter account. First of all, looking at the images, there’s one thing which is quite clear here. Motorola definitely wants people to buy the Moto E4 Plus, that’s quite obvious. Unlike other smartphones where the Plus variants are not so different than the original ones other than the size, here we have some design difference as well.
On the front, as you can see, the regular variant has thick bezels both on top as well as the bottom. The E4 Plus, on the other hand, appears to make use of those bezels with logo at the top and fingerprint scanner at the bottom and make it look less ugly. The display size is going to be slightly larger in the Plus variant. Do make a note that we are not expecting these devices to sport bezel-less display like the Galaxy S8 since that is definitely not possible at the price range in which these will be sold. But it is an interesting move from the company to even show changes between these two variants of the same phone.

Talking about the specs of the device, we don’t have much info to report but the E4 will carry a 5″ display on the front with a resolution of 480 x 854. Under the hood, this will be running the MediaTek 6737m chipset with a quad-core CPU and Mali-T720MP for GPU. We will also get 16GB of onboard internal storage with a 5MP rear-facing camera and a 2MP front-facing shooter.
