Intex Aqua Strong 5.1 with 5″ FWVGA Display & 5 MP Camera Launched at Rs. 5,599

Intex Mobile has launched yet another smartphone to its portfolio with entry-level specifications, which is called as Intex Aqua Strong 5.1. It has been listed on their company’s website and is priced at 5,599 INR. The device comes with a smooth finish body with curved edges and will be available in three color options such as Blue, White, and Champagne. Last week, the company had introduced the Intex Aqua Power HD 4G smartphone with decent specifications at a price of INR 8363.

The Intex Aqua Strong 5.1 smartphone comes powered by MediaTek MT6735 quad-core processor that clocks at 1.0 GHz accompanied by Mali T720 MP1 GPU. It features a 5.0-inch IPS screen with the resolution of 854 x 480 pixels and offers a pixel density is 196 PPI. There is also has a Corning Gorilla Glass 2 that protects your device from scratches and minor drops. It also has a Screen-to-body ratio underwhelming up to 67.47% and two-finger touch.

The device includes 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal memory along with a microSD card option up to 32GB. It is running on the latest Android 6.0 out of the box. This smartphone supports dual SIM dual standby and offers 4G network. Other connectivity options include Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Micro USB port, 3.5mm audio jack, A-GPS and FM Radio. It has features such as Emergency rescue and turbo download.

Coming to camera department, it packs a 5-megapixel fixed focus rear camera with LED flash that captures moments so detailed and real. It can record video in 720p at 30 frames per second and has a 2-megapixel fixed secondary focus camera for selfies and video chatting. The other camera features include Smile Detection, Face Beauty, Panorama Mode and Voice Capture. The device has only one sensor that is Accelerometer Sensor and comes with RoHS complaint.

Powering of the entire device is 2800 mAh capacity battery that can give 16 hours of talk time and deliver up to 466 hours of standby time. It is measured by a 141.2 x 72.3 x 9.47 mm in dimensions and is weighing around 150 grams. This smartphone comes with built-in applications such as Matrabhasha, Online Software Update, Clean Master, Opera Mini, Opera Max, and Saavn.
