You are reading a story from PhoneRadar.
The latest flagship from LG gets an official price cut of Rs. 10,000 (approx $155) in India and is now going on sale for Rs. 41,999 as listed on Amazon India. The South Korean company is providing this offer in India as a part of celebrations for its 20th-anniversary in the country. There is no information on when the offer will be closed, so it is suggested to grab the deal as soon as possible if you are interested in owning this device. A couple of days earlier we have seen a seller on eBay offering the same device for $499.99 for the unlocked variant of LG G6 which $100 less than the original price.
The LG G6 is IP68 rated for dust and water proof and has a 3300mAh battery on the back which is on the smaller side considering it as a flagship device. It also supports fast charging technology and wireless charging which will be helpful. Coming to the camera, the rear side of the handset sports a 13MP sensor with f/1.8 aperture and OIS 2.0, and another 13MP wide-angle sensor offering f/2.4 aperture and 125-degree wide-angle lens. There is a 5MP front-facing camera with f/2.2 aperture and 100-degree wide angle lens for selfies.
The LG G6 sports a 5.7-inch Full vision display with QHD+ (2880 x 1440 pixels) OLED panel giving a quirky aspect ratio of 18:9 which is also the catching point of the device giving a pixel density of 564 PPI. Under the hood, there is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 SoC coupled with 4GB of RAM and Adreno 530 GPU. The handset also comes out of the box with Android Nougat and expected to get further updates. The LG G6 will be available in 32GB as well as 64GB storage variants, and it can be further extended up to 256GB via microSD card slot.
