Nokia 9 spotted on Geekbench with 8GB of RAM & Android 7.1.1

You are reading a story from PhoneRadar.

After Nokia was acquired by HMD, it has plans of launching few powerful Android devices and keeping a low profile. Now Nokia 9 is a new device which has been spotted on Geekbench with a humongous 8GB of RAM and is alleged priced at EUR 750. This makes it compete against some high-end flagship devices of this year. The listing reveals some powerful specifications of the handset and also an Unknown Heart model as mentioned on the list.

To power the device there is a Qualcomm octa-core 1.90 GHz processor and the processor ID mentioned as ARM implementer 81 architecture eight variant ten parts 2048 revision 1. It is also expected to come with Snapdragon 835 chipset although it is not referred to in the listing. Other leaks also suggested that the Nokia 9 is supposed to come with a 5.3-inch QHD display with 64GB of onboard storage and the mandatory dual camera can also be seen with a 13MP sensor on the rear.

There are also reports of three Nokia devices passing the certifications in Russia with the model numbers TA-1013 / TA- 1040, TA-1007 / TA-1029 and TA-1005. It is also expected that TA-1005 can be another variant of TA-1004 (Nokia 9). These could be the Nokia 7, Nokia 8 and Nokia 9 devices which have been in the news for a long time now and HMD also registered for four new design trademarks in Europe, making the existence of these devices strong.

This flagship model from HMD is going to be a powerful device and will be competing against the devices like Samsung Galaxy S8, iPhone 7, LG G6 and few other devices from the respected companies. We are very much excited to lay our hands on this device, but there is no information on when the handset will be coming into the market. We will be updating the article once we hear more about the device and stay tuned to PhoneRadar for more news and updates.
