Samsung Galaxy Note 9 with Exynos 9815 SoC & 8GB RAM Listed Online

Samsung will be launching the Galaxy Note 9 smartphone in the second half of 2019. Now, the device is spotted on Geekbench revealing few key specifications. The earlier rumors suggested the device to come with notch display. While there is no confirmation about the same, the device is mentioned to come powered by the in-house Exynos 9815 octa-core processor.

The Geekbench listing also revealed the device to offer 8GB of RAM. Even though the Android P will be released by the time of its launch, the Galaxy Note 9 will be running on the latest Android 8.1.0 Oreo out of the box. It even scored 5,162 in the single-core test and 10,704 in the multi-core test. With these scores, the Exynos  9815 will be slightly powerful than the Apple A11 Bionic processor.

FYI, the Apple A11 Bionic is currently the most powerful smartphone processor. Since we haven’t found the Geekbench listing of the Galaxy Note 9 smartphone, take these details with a pinch of salt. If the Exynos 9815 scores such a great numbers, then we should see much better performance the Exynos 9810 powered Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ smartphones.

Let’s see if the company can achieve such a huge leap in performance with an upgraded processor. Talking about other features, the company might opt for notch-less Infinity display rather than the one with a notch. Also, it will continue to offer dual cameras on the rear and a single camera on the front. We also expect the Galaxy Note 9 to feature the 3.5mm audio jack for connecting regular earphones.

The device might also come equipped with an under display fingerprint sensor. However, it too early to decide the features of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 9 smartphone.
