Fossil brings the new Q Series Smart Watches, Hybrid Smart watches & Fitness Trackers in India
Fossil is known to be one of the finest Global Luxury Accessories maker and no doubt their products are amazing. They have some of the best-looking timepieces in the market which is usually preferred by many over the others. But the only area where they didn’t tap into was smartwatches, at least not in India. So wearable segment in India was kind of missing the whole luxury quotient. But now Fossil has decided to put an end to it.
Fossil group has now entered the wearable segment in India and they have announced a range of connected devices that include a variety of different kinds of stuff. The range consists of smart watches, hybrid watches and fitness trackers. All these products are offered by six of the company’s licensed brands. The list includes Fossil Q, Michael Kors Connected, Skagen Connected, Chaps, Emporio Armani and Misfit. All these products were already available in the international market but now this is the first time that these products will be readily available in India.

The company official reported that the Indian market is very passionate about the technology and are quick to adopt the latest and the greatest in this world. They believe that the country will continue to be a key market for them to grow. And well we do hope that we will more and more new products in the future as well. And looking at the lineup of the devices that they have launched here, it certainly looks so. So now let’s talk about the different offerings which they have here for us.
The Fossil’s Q series of watches are one of the best ones when it comes to the luxury offerings in the world of smartwatches. This series has two devices named the Q Wander and the Q Marshal. The Q Wander smartwatch features a soft curving and multi-finish case, which comes with an interchangeable genuine leather strap. On the other hand, the Q Marshal sports a rugged case along with a navy blue plated case paired with leather straps. And both of these devices features an always on display for an easy access of the information.
It runs on Android Wear Operating System and the collection is priced between 21,995 INR to 22,595 INR, which is not really bad considering the fact that other conventional smartwatches are also mostly priced in these ranges. Next is Michael Kors which enters the connected world through “Michael Kors Access”. These come with customisable display and other functionality to keep the users busy. These ones are priced in the range of 25,995 to 29,495 INR.
Skagen debuts with Skagen Connected, a wearable technology line. The initial collection will include the Hagen Connected hybrid smart watches and a Skagen Connected activity tracker. It is priced between 14,295 to 15,495 INR. The Chaps connected smart watches are available from 9,995 to 10,495 INR. Emporio Armani Connected hybrid smart watches are priced between 17,495 INR to 27,995 INR. MisFit also expands its portfolio with MisFit Shine 2 and the MisFit Ray. They priced at 7,495 INR and feature a simple design and tracks your fitness activities.
