Intex Aqua Pro 4G Smartphone with 4.5″ Display & 1GB RAM launched at 5,390 INR
Intex, an Indian smartphone manufacturing company has launched yet another new smartphone called the Aqua Pro 4G which will be joining the other smartphones in the Aqua series. The company launched the new Aqua Power 4G and also the Aqua Power HD 4G smartphones a couple of months back, here in India. All these smartphones are basic mid-ranged devices, which offers a good value for the money as they are usually priced below 10,000 INR.
On the same lines, we have yet another smartphone here called the Intex Aqua Pro 4G. Judging by the name of the device, it should have been a comparatively better device, but that’s not the case here when we take a look at the specs of the device. Now talking about the specs of the device, it sports a 4.5-inch display on the front which measure about 11.43 cms. It is an FWVGA display with a resolution of 480 x 854 which comes down to about 217 PPI. The smartphone is powered by an SC9832A chipset which is a quad-core processor clocked at 1.3 GHz and is also coupled with a Mali 400 GPU.

In terms of RAM, we are looking at 1GB of RAM and it also has 8GB of internal storage, out of which only 4.8GB will be available to the users. But to our rescue, it supports microSD card expansion upto 32GB. In terms of the camera, we have a 5-megapixel rear facing camera and a 2-megapixel front facing shooter. The rear facing camera comes with features like Auto-Focus, Dual LED flash etc. The device is kept powered by a 2,000 mAh battery, which should be just enough to keep it powered through an entire day of usage, given the fact that it has less power hungry internals.
As mentioned earlier, the company launched the other device a couple of months back. Both the Aqua Power 4G and the Aqua Power HD 4G came with comparatively better specs. The Aqua Power HD 4G comes with a 5-inch HD IPS display and have an Octa-core processor clocking at 1.4GHz to run the operations on the handset. There is a 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage, which can be expanded by microSD card slot up to 32GB. It runs the Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box and comes with an 8-megapixel & 5-megapixel rear and front facing cameras respectively.
The Aqua Power 4G, on the other hand, offers slightly less power. a 5-inch display and is powered by a Quad-core processor clocking at 1.0GHz. It is accompanied by a 1 GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage, which can be expanded up to 32GB. This one is powered by the Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box. So basically both the devices launched earlier are comparatively better than this new Aqua Pro 4G. Now talking about the price of this new Aqua Pro 4G smartphone, it is priced at 5,390 INR and it comes in two colors i.e. Dark Blue and the Champagne. Stay tuned for more such info.
