Asus ZenFone Live Smartphone announced with 5” Display, 2650mAh Battery & 2GB RAM

ZenFone Live is another new device from Asus which is targeted towards selfie lovers. This is the same device that leaked a few days before. Although the pricing of the handset is still not revealed, the ZenFone Live smartphone will come with ZenFone Live real-time beautification camera which will be the marketing point of the device. This midrange device will come with the BeautyLive application that will let its users stream live by applying the beautification filter.
Asus ZenFone Live comes with a 5-inch HD (720 x 1280 pixels) IPS display with a screen-to-body ratio of 75 percent. It also comes with the Bluelight Filter feature that will keep the eyes of the user safe by adjusting the light automatically. The chipset powering the handset is not mentioned, but it will be powered by a quad-core processor with 2GB of RAM and 16/32GB storage variants which can be further extended up to 128GB via microSD card slot.
The handset runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box with the companies own ZenUI 3.5 on top. Asus has also confirmed that the ZenFone Live users will get up to 100GB free storage on Google Drive for two years. The dual-SIM device supports 4G LTE on both the SIMs slots but only one can run on 4G at a time. There is a 2650mAh battery on the back to power the handset which is non-removable. It comes with sensors like accelerator, e-compass, proximity, and ambient light sensors which are required for automation of the device.
The Asus ZenFone Live comes with a 13MP autofocus rear-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture and LED flash, accompanied with 5MP selfie camera with soft LED flash and f/2.2 aperture. The selfie camera comes with many different modes like manual mode, low light mode, selfie mode and night mode. It will be available in Shimmer Gold, Rose Pink, and Navy Black color variants.
