Lenovo is Gearing up for the launch of its upcoming smartphone in the Note series, i.e. the K7 Note. The company has also shared a teaser video of the same and now it is just a matter of time until we get an official launch date for the same. However, the new reports which we have a new Lenovo smartphone are not about the K7 Note. We have some new reports about the Lenovo K8 Note smartphone, which is expected to launch next year as a successor to the K7 Note.
Yes, we have now spotted the new Lenovo K8 Note on Geekbench, or at least that’s what the benchmark website listing shows. The new Lenovo smartphone which we have now spotted goes by the name Lenovo K8 Note and gives an insight as to what we should we expect from this smartphone if it ever makes it out in the market next year. According to the GeekBench listing, the Lenovo K8 Note would be equipped with a Deca core MediaTek Helio X20 MT6797 chipset and this is expected to be coupled with 4GB of RAM.
In terms of the software, the phone is also expected to be running on Android 7.1.1 Nougat out of the box. And since we are essentially talking about a benchmark website, we also have a score for the same, where the smartphone has scored 1659 with the single core and has managed to get a 4844 in the multi-core score. Well, other than that, we have no other info regarding this smartphone.
And talking about the new releases, the company is expected to launch the new K7 Note very soon now. In fact, we also have a teaser video for the same as mentioned earlier. And since we already have a teaser in place, we can expect it to launch very soon. But there are a few reports which claim that Lenovo will skip the K7 Note and directly go for the K8 Note instead, however, we can’t confirm this claim and it is something that remains to be seen during the launch.
