Ulefone T1 Smartphone Announced with 6GB RAM & Dual rear Cameras

The last time when we heard about Ulefone was a few months back when Google launched its Google Assistant at Goole I/O earlier this year and Ulefone made an announcement about its list of devices that will come with Google Assistant pre-installed. Well, now the company has announced new device called as Ulefone T1 which is expected to be priced at US$229.99 and will be available in Black and Red color variants. The device will go on pre-sale on 31st of July and nothing is mentioned about the availability yet.
Coming to the specifications of the device, The Ulefone T1 sports a 5.5-inch 1920 x 1080 FHD 2.5D curved glass with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection on top. Under the hood, there is a 2.6GHz MediaTek Helio P25 Octa-Core 64-bit 16nm SoC coupled with a huge 6GB RAM and Mali T880 Graphics Processor. Out of the box, the handset will come with Android 7.0 Nougat but nothing is mentioned about the further updates.
The device supports Dual SIM connectivity but the second SIM slot is a hybrid slot wherein it can be used for a microSD card or a secondary SIM card. coming to the camera, there is a 16MP rear facing camera with Samsung S5k3P3 sensor with a two-tone Quad LED flash and has an aperture size of f/2.0. There is also a secondary rear sensor of 5MP to support the main camera. On the front, there is an 8MP front facing camera with soft LED flash and f/2.0 aperture.
There is a 3680mAh non-removable battery on the rear which comes with Pump Express Plus 2.0 fast charging that charges the device to full from zero in 80 minutes. Sporting an unibody metal design, the device looks elegant and also has an has a fingerprint sensor on the front that lets its user unlock the device in 0.1 seconds.
