Panasonic launched the Eluga Ray 500 and Eluga Ray 700 during the Flipkart Big Billion Days sale. The Eluga Ray 500 priced at Rs. 8,999 is the most affordable smartphone in the market with dual camera setup. It sports a metal body and comes with a physical home button on the front with an integrated fingerprint sensor. Talking about the dual camera setup, the Eluga Ray 500 features a 13MP sensor with f/2.0 aperture and 8MP sensor with f/2.4 aperture. It sports a 5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) IPS display with a 2.5D curved glass on the top. Under the hood is the MediaTek MTK6737 quad-core processor clocked at 1.25GHz. There is 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 128GB via a MicroSD card slot. For selfies, there is a 5MP camera with the f/2.4 aperture on the front. Asus launched the Zenfone 4 Selfie, Zenfone 4 Selfie Dual, and Zenfone 4 Selfie Pro smartphones under the new Zenfone 4 series in India. The Zenfone 4 Selfie priced at Rs. 9,999 is the most affordable device among the three. It comes with a metal unibody design and sports a 5.5-inch HD (1280 × 720 pixels) IPS display. Under the hood is the 1.4GHz Snapdragon 430 octa-core processor coupled with Adreno 505 GPU. It includes 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. There is also a dedicated MicroSD card slot for expanding the storage up to 2TB. The physical home button on the front comes with an integrated fingerprint sensor. Unlike the other Zenfone 4 Selfie devices, this smartphone comes with a 13MP single sensor on the front and rear of the device. InFocus Turbo 5 Plus is the successor to earlier launched Turbo 5. It comes with a price tag of Rs. 8,999 and is available exclusively on Amazon India. It runs on Android 7.0 Nougat out of the and supports dual SIM dual standby with 4G VoLTE connectivity. It comes with a 5.5-inch HD display and MediaTek MT6750N octa-core processor. There is 3GB of RAM and 32GB of expandable storage. On the rear of the device is the dual camera setup featuring 13MP and 5MP sensors. The Turbo 5 Plus also includes a 5MP sensor on the front for selfies. It is backed by a 4,850mAh non-removable battery which should give more than a day of battery life. Nubia has launched its latest M-series smartphone called Nubia M2 Play on Amazon India for Rs. 8,999. Compared to the previously launched M2 Lite, the M2 Play comes with slightly less powerful specifications. It comes with a metal body and sports a 2.5D curved glass on the front. The Nubia M2 Play comes with a 5.5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) display. The Snapdragon 435 octa-core processor on this device comes coupled with Adreno 505 GPU and 3GB of RAM. It also offers 32GB of internal storage that can be further expandable via a MicroSD card. Coming to the camera department, there is a 13MP rear camera with f/2.2 aperture, 5P lens, and LED flash. The Hong Kong-based iVoomi has launched a new affordable smartphone called iVoomi Me 3 with the shatterproof display. It costs just Rs. 5,499 and is exclusively available on Flipkart. At such a low price, the iVoomi Me3 offers pretty good hardware. It comes with a polycarbonate body and runs on the Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box. The smartphone comes with a 5.2-inch IPS display with HD (720×1280) resolution and sports a 2.5D curved glass on top. Under the hood, it packs 64-bit MediaTek MT6737 quad-core processor. It also includes 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage with an expandable storage option. The iVoomi Me3 sports an 8MP sensor on the front and rear of the device. 10.or (Tenor) is the Chinese smartphone brand to enter the Indian market. The 10.or E is the first smartphone from this company and is exclusive to Amazon India. The device comes in two variants with 2GB and 3GB of RAM and is priced at Rs. 7,999 and Rs. 8,999 respectively. While the device runs on Android 7.1.2 Nougat out of the box, the company promised to release the Android 8.0 Oreo update later this year. It comes with a 5.5-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) display and is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 430 processor. The device comes with 2GB/3GB of RAM and 16GB/32GB of internal storage. In terms of optics, the smartphone features a 13MP rear camera with PDAF and 5MP front camera for selfies. It also includes a huge 4,000mAh battery which should give more than a day-long battery life.
