Intex Aqua Lions 2 Entry Level Smartphone Launched with Android 7.0 for Rs. 4,599 in India

Intex Aqua Lions 2 is a new smartphone from Intel that has been included in the Aqua series. This budget-friendly smartphone is priced at Rs. 4,599 in India and supports 4G VoLTE connectivity which ensures that the user can enjoy all the Jio services seamlessly. The handset will come in Champagne Gold and Black color variants and will be available across the country in offline stores. Intex has been launching many devices that are mainly targeted to the entry-level market and also seen a good success with it.
Coming to the specifications of the device, the Index Aqua Lions 2 will feature a 5.0-inch 480 x 854 pixels (FWVGA) capacitive touchscreen TN display and will be powered by a 2400mAh battery on the rear. Under the hood, there is a .1.3GHz Quad-core Spreadtrum SC9832 processor coupled with 1GB of RAM and Mali 400 GPU. The onboard storage is limited to 32GB which can be extended further upto a maximum of 32GB via microSD card slot.
The device comes out of the box with Android 7.0 Nougat operating system, but nothing is mentioned about the further updates. This dual SIM variant device gives its users the luxury to use two SIM’s in one device without having to carry a secondary device. On the rear side, there is a 5MP main sensor with LED flash which will be accompanied with another 5MP camera on the front for selfies and video calling.
The device measures 143.8 mm × 72 mm × 9.8 mm and weighs 158.3 grams in weight. There are connectivity options like WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, A-GPS and also sensors like Gyroscope, Accelerometer, Compass and few others that are required for automation of the device.
