Gionee M7 Smartphone Announced with 6GB RAM & 4000mAh Battery

Gionee M7 is a new device that has been announced by Gionee along with M7 Power. These two devices are a new addition to the companies M series and the M7 has been announced in China. This midrange device will be coming with dual security chips which have passed EAL6 security test and also with a built-in security encryption chip for secure mobile payments. It also comes with a unibody metal design giving it an elegant design.

Gionee M7 is powered with an Octa-core MediaTek Helio P30 16nm processor with a clocking speed of 2.3GHz coupled with 6GB of RAM and ARM Mali-G71 MP2 GPU. There is a 6.0.1-inch FHD (2160 x 1080) 18:9 AMOLED 2.5D curved glass display. Out of the box, the device will sport Android 7.1.1 Nougat Operating system with Amigo OS 5.0 UI on top. The device supports Hybrid Dual SIM slots while the second slot can be used for a nano SIM card or microSD card.

The onboard storage on the handset is limited to 64GB which can be extended further up to a maximum of 256GB via MicroSD card slot. On the rear, there is a 16MP rear camera with LED flash, f/1.8 aperture, a 6P lens which will be accompanied with an 8MP secondary camera. On the front, there is also an 8MP selfie camera for video calls. The handset also comes with a fingerprint sensor to enhance the security levels. On the back, there his a 4000mAh battery that comes with 18W fast-charging technology.

The Gionee M7 comes with 4G LTE connectivity and also has other options like Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4 + 5GHz), Bluetooth v4.2, GPS / A-GPS and few other.
