LANIX working on Ilium Pad L8X Tablet, Passes FCC, to launch in Mexico soon
The Mexican electronics manufacturer Lanix has launched a variety of devices previously. Along those, the company also launched a couple of tablets. On the same lines, today we have some info about a new tablet from the company. It is called the Lanix Ilium Pad L8X. This upcoming tablet from the company passed the FCC a couple of days back.
The device goes by the model number ZC4L8X. Not much info about this device is available at this time. But we do we have some of the details about the device as of now. First thing to note here that, it is going to be powered by Android. However, the exact version of the software is not known, but it is expected that it will come pre-installed with Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
It is also reported that the device will be launched under Telcel. Telcel is a Mexican wireless telecommunications company, owned by América Móvil. We do have some of the images to prove the same that were published earlier. The device also passed the Bluetooth and wireless LAN frequencies. Wireless LAN communication standards corresponds to the IEEE 802.11 b / g / n (2.4GHz). As of now, we have only this much report, but it is definitely confirmed that the device is in works and the launch in imminent.
The company also launched a tablet peviously called the Lanix Ilium Pad T7. It was a mid-ranged Android tablet with decent specs. It was powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 SoC which is a Quad core 1.3 GHz processor. It had 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage to play around with. It had a 3,000 mAh battery and the device was available in black and white color options. At the time of the launch, it was powered by Android Jelly Bean OS. Talking about this upcoming Ilium Pad L8X Tablet now, we don’t have much info about the pricing or availabiloty of the device. However, stay tuned for more info about it in coming days.
