moto leak

With all the rumours floating around the Moto Z Play, it is pretty much confirmed that the launch is imminent. Talking about the rumours, we have yet another leak for the device, which shows us a detailed look at the specs of the device. This time, the device is spotted on the GFXBench website.

Looking at the leaked image, we can see that the device is listed with the model number XT1635. Now talking about the device specs, it features a 5.5-inch display on the front with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 i.e. the FHD resolution. The device is powered by an octa-core processor clocked at 2GHz. We also have an Adreno 506 GPU for graphics rendering. Although the exact processor model is not mentioned, from the previous leaks, we have seen that it will be powered by a Snapdragon 625 processor. It packs 3GB of RAM.

It will also have 32GB of internal storage. For the cameras, we have a 16-megapixel rear facing camera and a 5-megapixel front facing selfie shooter. This leaked info about the device matches the previous leaks which we saw from Antutu benchmark website. The device will also be running Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box, and it will be powered by a 3,500 mAh battery. So now it is safe to say that the device will come with these specs if it ever happens to launch.

So now we just have to wait patiently for the company to announce the device. It is expected that the device will see the light of the day sometime in coming month or in the month of October. However, we don’t have any official info about the launch date or the price at which it will be available. So stay tuned for more info on this in coming weeks as we will update once we have more solid info to report.
