ASUS ZS551KL Gets Bluetooth Certification, Expected To Be ZenFone 4 Deluxe Variant

You are reading a story from PhoneRadar.

ASUS is expected to launch a bunch of new smartphones under the ZenFone 4 series. We already have the ZenFone 4 Max officially out in the market and now it is just the matter of time until we get the other smartphones too. Speaking of other ZenFone 4 variants, a new variant carrying the model number ZS551KL has now been spotted online. This new smartphone has now received the Bluetooth certification.

Talking about the certification, this smartphone has received the certification for Bluetooth 5.0 and it looks like it could be the Deluxe or the Pro variant of the ASUS ZenFone 4 smartphone. The Bluetooth certification was published at Bluetooth SIG, which is the organization responsible for the development and trademarking of the Bluetooth technology. And considering the fact that the last year’s ZenFone 3 Deluxe also has similar model number i.e. ZS550KL, this could very well be the ZenFone 4 Deluxe variant.

The Bluetooth certification, however, doesn’t really talk much about the specs of the smartphone. However, earlier, yet another smartphone from ASUS was spotted online and it was a mid-ranger with a decent set of specs. But that one had a drastically different model number and hence these both could be completely new smartphones altogether. The mid-range smartphone which was spotted earlier had a Snapdragon 430 powering it iternally, with a 5.5-inch 720p display on the front.

All of this points to only one thing, and it is fact that the company is planning on launching a bunch of smartphones this year as well. We hope the company launches the new ASUS ZenFone 4 series of smartphones in India soon. As mentioned earlier, they recently launched the new ASUS ZenFone 4 Max officially in Russia. It packs a 5.5-inch FHD display on the front, which means that it has a resolution of 1920 X 1080 pixels. Internally, it is powered by a Snapdragon 430 and Adreno 505 GPU. It packs 4GB of RAM and comes in two storage configurations.

It also has dual rear camera setup at the back and it runs on Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box. Having said that, we hope the company launches these new devices in India soon. If you wish to know more about this, then we suggest you stay tuned to PhoneRadar for more details on them soon.
