Earlier this month, we have reported about the launch of a new smartphone brand in the Indian market called 10.or (Tenor). Today, the company has officially launched its first smartphone called 10.or E. The 10.or branded smartphone are exclusive to Amazon India and are manufactured by the Chinese-based Huaqin Technology. Talking about the smartphone, the 10.or E comes with a price tag of Rs. 7,999 for the 2GB RAM variant and Rs 8,999 for the 3GB RAM variant. Though it lacks the premium design like the flagship devices, holding the 10.or E with metal body gives much better feel than a smartphone with polycarbonate shell.
It sports a 5.5-inch IPS display with Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) resolution and is protected by a 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass 3 on the top. Under the hood is the 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 octa-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz and comes coupled with Adreno 505 GPU. There is 2GB/3GB of RAM and 16GB/32GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 128GB via a dedicated MicroSD card slot. On the rear of the device is a circular fingerprint sensor for that extra bit of protection. The device also supports dual SIM dual standby and offers 4G VoLTE connectivity.
In terms of optics, there is a 13MP rear camera with f/2.0 aperture and PDAF. For selfies, there is a 5MP front facing camera with f/2.0 aperture. Both the front and rear cameras come accompanied with LED flash. The 10.or E runs on Android 7.1.2 Nougat with Pure Android UI. The company also promised to release regular security updates and the Android 8.0 Oreo update. It measures 154 x 78 x 8.5 mm and weighs 150 grams. With all these specifications, the smartphone is backed by a 4000mAh non-removable battery. We expect the 10.or E smartphone to give at least a day long battery life.
Connectivity options include 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, 3.5mm audio jack, and a MicroUSB 2.0 port. The 10.or E will be available via Amazon India and there are flash sales to buy. Stay tuned on PhoneRadar for more updates!
