Previously, we have many reports suggesting Apple Watch be the best selling smart watch in the world. At the today’s launch event, Tim Cook has mentioned the Apple Watch also to be the best selling watch in the world. It has seen a phenomenal growth after the launch of Series 2, to be accurate, it is 50% Y-o-Y growth. The company also announced the all new Apple Watch Series 3 running on WatchOS 4.

The Apple Watch Series 3 is also the first smartwatch from Apple to come with LTE support. To get the LTE connectivity, the display on this smartwatch will act as an Antenna. This new smart watch got that rumored red colored dot on the crown. It is powered by a new dual-core processor and works with Siri as well. The Seris 3 smartwatch also packs altimeter built-in and even packs W2 wireless chip which was first introduced with the Apple Airpods for Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.
