Motorola launches Moto E3 Power in India – Price & Features

Shedding Motorola as brand name after Lenovo completed the acquisition of Motorola Mobility, the Moto India has launched their another handset that touts the incredible battery performance. The new handset that is launched today is the third generation of Moto E. Originally unveiled in 2013; these series have come a long way since the introduction of budget-centric Android smartphones. The Moto E3 Power is priced at Rs 7,999 and would be available exclusively at Flipkart from tonight.

The new Moto E3 Power is actually a bumped up version of the phone, the new third generation Moto E3 was revealed by company couple of months back. But it was recently only that Lenovo has been seen testing the upgraded version of E3. The device already went on sale quietly in Hong Kong as the brand was yet to announce any plans for India. Now today the company has officially revealed the new model of their affordable handset series.

Talking about the specifications it comes with a 5-inch 720p display that has a pixel density of 294 PPI (Pixel Per Inch). The device is powered by a Quad-core MediaTek MT6735P chipset clocking at 1.0 GHz. It is accompanied by a 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. It runs on latest Android Marshmallow 6.0 operating system, and as people know about the company, they like to keep it stock. So, expect no big UI changes, it is perfect for a pure Android enthusiasts.

The main attraction on the new Moto E3 Power is the 3500 mAh capacity battery, which said to be quite powerful. Considering the processor, RAM, and OS, it may definitely be a gamechanger in the affordable range of handsets. The device comes packed with an 8-megapixel image sensor on the rear while a front-facing module is of 5-megapixel. While talking about the connectivity, it has a 4G LTE network support, dual SIM, GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and microUSB port. Do make a note that the device supports Quick Charging only with proprietary 10W quick charger.
