2017 Galaxy A3, A5, & A7 Smartphones Leaked with Glass Body & USB Type-C Port
You are reading a story from PhoneRadar.
Earlier this week, we came to know about few specifications of Samsung Galaxy A7 2017 smartphone. Now, the same source also revealed the key specifications of the Galaxy A3 2017 and Galaxy A5 2017 smartphones. Though there is no confirmation from the company, all these three devices will be launched globally in the early next year. The earlier leaks already confirmed the devices to feature IP68 certification making them both water and dust resistant, same as the Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge smartphones. This year, the company also made the Galaxy Note device water resistant for the first time.
The Galaxy A7 2017 will be featuring a 5.7-inch Full HD display with 2.5D Gorilla Glass 4 protection on top. It includes 3GB of RAM and 32GB of expandable storage. The device comes with a 16MP front and rear cameras along with a 3,600mAh battery. Just like the Galaxy A7 2017, the Galaxy A3 2017 and A5 2017 will also feature Aluminum frame with a 3D curved glass on the back. The devices will also feature USB Type-C port and sports dual SIM connectivity. We expect them to run on the latest Android 7.0 Nougat OS out of the box.
Few rumors also suggested the company to change the name of its UI from TouchWix to Samsung Experience. All the three devices will come with a fingerprint sensor integrated into the physical home button on the front. The Samsung Pay feature will come built-in; however, its support is only limited to few selected markets like the U.S, China, Korea, and Singapore. Recently, the company also introduced the Samsung Pay in Malaysia, but it’s still in Beta stage. While the Galaxy A5 2017 will come with a 5.2-inch Full HD display, the Galaxy A3 2017 sports a smaller 4.7-inch display and even the resolution is limited to 720p.
The storage, RAM, and cameras on the Galaxy A5 2017 will remain same as on the Galaxy A7 2017. Coming to the Galaxy A3 2017, it comes with 2GB of RAM and just 16GB of internal storage. As the 16GB will not be sufficient for most of the users, the MicroSD card slot will surely help them in further expansion of storage. The A5 2017 is backed by a 3,000mAh battery whereas the A3 2017 packs a 2,550mAh battery. On the camera front, the Galaxy A3 2017 offers a 13MP rear camera with f/1.9 aperture and an 8MP selfie camera on the front.
Unlike the Chinese manufacturers who are offering metal build smartphones with decent mid-range specifications at just $150, the upcoming Galaxy A 2017 smartphones are expected to come with a hefty price tag. Along with the three new Galaxy A 2017 smartphones, Samsung might also launch the Galaxy C5 Pro and C7 Pro smartphone by the end of next month.
