4Good People G410 Smartphone with 5″ Display & 1GB RAM Launched

Apart from the Yotaphone, not many Russian smartphone brands are known outside their country. The Indian smartphone brand, Micromax along with Chinese brands like Huawei, LeEco, Meizu and few others sell their devices on Russia. Now, the manufacturing of the YotaPhone is now shifted to China to bring down the final costs. Apart from Yotaphone, there are small brands like 4Good and BQ which launches decent affordable smartphones. The 4Good has recently launched its latest smartphone called People G410. It sports polycarbonate shell and features basic specifications. The G410 is priced at 7,490 Russian Rubles (approx $120 / Rs. 8,200) and is already on sale.
The G410 comes with a 5-inch IPS display with Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) resolution. Under the hood is the 1.3GHz MediaTek MT6580 quad-core processor along with Mali 400 GPU. While this processor doesn’t support Full HD display, there is no clear information how the company is offering it on G410 smartphone. It includes just 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage. With almost half of the storage taken by the OS and system, the user can’t even install not many apps. However, the device comes with a MicroSD card slot for storage expansion upto 32GB. The People G410 runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box.
It also supports dual SIM dual standby and offers connectivity options including 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, A-GPS, 3.5mm audio port, and MicroUSB 2.0 port. Recently, another Russian company, BQ launched the BQ 6050 Jumbo smartphone. As the name suggests, the device comes with a 6-inch display, but the resolution is only limited to 1280 x 720 pixels. It is powered by the MediaTek MT6737 quad-core processor coupled with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. Just like 4Good People G410 Smartphone, the BQ 6050 Jumbo also runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.

There is a 16MP rear camera with autofocus and LED flash and on the front is an 8MP selfie camera. The BQ 6050 Jumbo also supports dual SIM and offers same connectivity options as the above mentioned device. It is powered by a huge 4,900 battery that can easily give more than a day long battery life with normal usage. With a large display and huge battery, the device measures 165 x 84 x 9 mm and weighs 210 grams. Compared to 4Good G410, the BQ 6050 Jumbo comes with a slightly higher price tag of 9,500 Russian Rubles (approx $153 / Rs. 10,400).
