LeEco and Coolpad to Launch Cool 1S with Snapdragon 821 SoC

LeEco and Coolpad are now reportedly making a new smartphone with Snapdragon 821 SoC. Earlier we have seen these two companies have joined hands to put forward Cool1 Dual and Cool 1C smartphones. The new device has been leaked in China and is dubbed as Cool1S with some high-end features. From the leaked image and we can see that the handset will be coming in Black color variant which has been a got to go color this year with almost all the flagship models came with a black color finish.
Well, coming to the specification of the handset, the Cool 1S is expected to come with a 5.5-inch display with 1080p resolution. From the leaked screenshot, it will have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 chipset and will run Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow out of the box with leEco’s EUI 5.8 on top. The device is also expected to come in 4GB or 6GB RAM variants with 32, 64 or 128GB of onboard storage. It could be powered by a 4000mAH battery and might sport a 16MP rear camera with an 8MP sensor on the front.
Recently the Coolpad launched Cool Changer 1C with a 5.5-inch IPS display with Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) resolution. Under the hood is the 64-bit Snapdragon 652 MSM8976 processor clocked at 1.7GHz and coupled with Adreno 510 GPU. The Snapdragon 652 octa-core processor comes with four Cortex A72 cores clocked at 1.8GHz and another four Cortex A53 cores are clocked at 1.4GHz.
The device packs 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage that can be further expanded via MicroSD card slot. There is a 13MP rear camera that comes a with dual tone LED flash and f/2.0 aperture accompanied with 8MP front camera. There is a 4060 mAH battery non-removable battery on the back to power the device.
