Samsung is expected to launch quite a few smartphones in the next few months. While the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Edge will be made official in February during the MWC 2017; the Galaxy C5 Pro, C7 Pro, A5 (2017)A7 (2017), and A9 (2017) are expected to be launched in the next few weeks. Though we already got the first look of the device, today, the Galaxy A5 (2017) is spotted in a video (it is now removed). It comes with a design that looks similar to the Galaxy On5 2016 and On7 2016 smartphones. It sports a metal body along with a 2.5D glass on the front.

While the video shows the device running on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow, rumors suggest the final variant to come with Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box. The Zauba listing confirmed the device with the model number SM-A520F to feature a 5.2-inch display. It will be coming with a Super AMOLED display with Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) resolution. Even the video shows the Always-on notifications on the display similar to the Galaxy S7, S7 Edge, and Note 7. It comes powered by an unknown octa-core processor coupled with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage.

These are same specifications which are listed on Geekbench and according to the listing, the processor used in this device is the last year’s Exynos 7880 octa-core processor. While all these specifications are based on the pre-production unit, we may also see few improvements by the time of its official launch. Just like its predecessors, the upcoming Galaxy A5 (2017) along with Galaxy A7 (2017) & A9 (2017) are expected to launch by the end of this month in China. The devices will include fingerprint sensor and NFC for making usable with Samsung Pay mobile payment service.

A couple of months of back, Samsung has officially launched its latest high-end smartphone Galaxy A9 Pro in India for Rs. 32,490. It came with a large 6-inch Super AMOLED display ith Full HD resolution. The device includes Snapdragon 652 SoC along with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. There is also a MicroSD card slot for storage expansion. While the Galaxy A9 sports a 4,000mAh battery, the A9 Pro has an even bigger 5,000mAh battery. The device supports dual SIM dual standby and offers 4G VoLTE out of the box for accessing HD voice calls and faster data speeds.
