Apple iPhone 8 To Ship In Four Color Options Including A Mirror Finish

Apple‘s upcoming smartphone i.e. the iPhone 8 has been spotted on the internet multiple times now. There are a ton of rumors out there which claims that the device will ship with an OLED display, wireless charger, etc. However, the new rumor which we have now, claims that the device will ship in 4 different color options which will also include a mirror finish.

Talking about the mirror finish, it is worth noting that it is not same as that of Jet black variant which we saw last year or at least, that is what the source claims. According to the source, it will apparently resemble a mirror finish case which is currently available for few of the iPhone models. In fact, the source has used a photo of a mirror finish case to represent the same. Well, judging by all this, it certainly does look like the new iPhones will have a mirror finish, just like the one found on some of the previous generation iPods.

Obviously, the new iPhones will have a new design, so if you are wondering it will look similar to the old iPod models, then you are in for a disappointment. However, as far as the reliability of the source is concerned, this claim from the source is coming from a report from the generally reliable Ming-Chi Kuo of KGI. Kuo has been quoted a lot of times and he is considered to be fair;y reliable source. With that said, it is safe to say that even if all the rumors are false, we will be getting a new color option at least.

Now talking about the other rumors on iPhone 8, it has been reported that it will sport an OLED bezel-less display, that will stretch from top to bottom. It has also been reported that the new iPhones will have support for wireless charging. Do make a note that none of the info is officially confirmed yet, however, it is worth noting that most of them are from a fairly reliable source.
