Huawei Has Launched A New Porsche Design Variant Of The Huawei Watch 2

Huawei launched the Huawei Watch 2 a couple of months back. It is the successor to the existing Huawei Watch which was launched last year. You can read our full written review of the Huawei Watch here. However, now the company has taken the wraps off a new variant of the watch 2, called the Huawei Watch 2 Porsche Design. As the name suggests this is just another variant of the watch which offers a slightly different design.

However, talking about the watch, the first thing to note here is the fact that the watch has only been launched in Europe and the U.K. as of now, there is no info regarding the launch of the watch in any other markets. Talking about the pricing, the Huawei Watch 2 Porche Design costs €795 which roughly translates to about 60,000 INR. Yes, this is a lot of money for a watch which is not all that different from the regular variant of the watch.

Now talking about the internals of this watch, everything is unchanged, except for the fact that this one has a slightly different design. The design aspect is common with all the Porsche Design products. Previously, Huawei has even launched a few Porsche Design smartphones and they have a slightly different design as well. This new variant of the watch sports a stainless steel casing and a hybrid strap with red stitching. Other than that, there are also a few new watch faces that are created by Porsche Design.

As mentioned earlier, Huawei also launched the Porsche Design smartphone variant of the Huawei Mate series 9. In the case of the smartphone as well, the only difference is in terms of the looks. Other than that, pretty much everything else about it remains the same. Having said that, we would know your thoughts on this.
