You are reading a story from PhoneRadar.

Motorola is all set to launch the new Moto E4 Plus smartphone in India on July 12. The same has been confirmed by this teaser image which is embedded below. The Moto E4 Plus is the highly anticipated successor and a worthy addition to the series altogether.

As far as the specs of this smartphone are concerned, we had already covered about it and you can refer to it on our website. Stay tuned to PhoneRadar for more info like this.

Earlier – Lenovo has launched quite a few affordable smartphones with decent specifications. While the recently launched Moto G5 and G5 Plus are the perfect successors to the last year’s Moto G4 and G4 Plus, now the company is working on the successor of Moto E3 Power. A new Moto device with the model number XT1773 is certified by FCC. It is said to be the rumored Moto E4 Plus and will replace the Moto E3 Power. Last year, Lenovo promised to offer fingerprint on all the Moto smartphones, but it was missing on the Moto E3 Power along with Moto G4 and G4 Play.

We hope the upcoming Moto E4 Plus will at least feature the fingerprint sensor. Motorola is known for offering faster software updates than many other manufacturers, but the Moto E3 Power which came with Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box is confirmed not to receive the latest Android updates. As seen with the Moto E3 Power, its successor also uses the MediaTek processor. The device will be backed by a whopping 5,000mAh Li-ion battery which is much bigger than the 3500mAh battery offered with the Moto E3 Power. It will be coming with Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box.

Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, FM Radio, and NFC. With the inclusion of NFC and fingerprint, the device might also support mobile payment services like Android Pay. Unlike the newly launched Moto G5 smartphones, the company might continue to use the polycarbonate shell to keep the price low. The Moto E3 Power came with a 5-inch HD display and packs MediaTek MT6735 SoC. It includes 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage, which are decent enough for an entry-level smartphone. As it got the FCC certification, the launch of the Moto E4 Plus can be expected in the next few weeks.

As it got the FCC certification, the launch of the Moto E4 Plus can be expected in the next few weeks. Earlier this week, Motorola launched the Moto G5 smartphone in India for Rs. 11,999. The device is exclusively sold through Amazon India and comes in Lunar Grey and Fine Gold color options. Stay tuned on Phone Radar for more details!
