Moto G5S Plus Smartphone Is Said To Be A Bigger & Better Version Of Moto G5 Plus

Motorola launched the G5 Plus smartphone earlier this year, which one of the most successful smartphones from the company. However, now the company is all set to launch a new variant of the same called the Moto G5S Plus. This smartphone is reportedly said to be a “Special Edition” of the G5 Plus. Not a lot about this was known about it, however, now we do have some new reports giving us some details about the smartphone.
The source, who claims to have got their hands on the marketing material for the Moto G5S Plus, said that the smartphone will be larger than the G5 Plus. At the same time, it will also be made out of premium materials, with enhanced imaging capabilities. Yes, the smartphone is expected to have an anodized aluminum enclosure, which will make it look more premium. It is expected that this smartphone will be launched along with Moto G5S on July 25th event, where the company is also expected to launch the Moto Z2 Force.
Coming to the specifications, the Moto G5S Plus, is expected to sport a 5.5-inch display on the front with a resolution on of 1080 x 1920. This is slightly larger than the 5.2-inch display on the Moto G5 Plus, however, the resolution remains the same. Other internals specs are also expected to remain the same. The new Moto G5S Plus will be powered by a Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 625 SoC which has a 2.0GHz octa-core processor. This will be coupled with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage.
However, coming to the camera, it looks like the G5S Plus will sport a Dual-rear camera setup whereas the regular Moto G5 Plus smartphone had a single sensor at the back. Both of these sensors are expected to be of 13-megapixels each. On the front, we should see an 8MP sensor which is also an upgrade from the 5MP found on the Moto G5 Plus. Do make a note that none of this info has been officially confirmed by Moto themselves, however, it is coming from a reliable source. In terms of the other smartphones, the company is also expected to unveil the new Moto Z2 Force and the Moto X4 on July 25th which is scheduled to take place in New York City.
