Xiaomi’s New Mi A1 Spotted on Geekbench with 4GB RAM

A new device called as Mi A1 from Xiaomi has been spotted on the Geekbench benchmarking website revealing some of the specs of the handset. From past few days, there are some rumors about the Chinese company and Google working together to build an affordable Android One smartphone which will be based on the recently launched Xiaomi Mi 5X smartphone with the name Mi A1 and now the same device has been spotted online.
According to the listing, the single core score of the device is 852 and the multi-core result is 3837. The scores are similar to what we have seen with the Redmi Note 4 and it will be interesting to see more specs leaking in the days to come. Moreover, the device will come out of the box with Android 7.1.2 Operating system and will be powered with an Octa-core ARM Qualcomm SoC with a clocking speed of 2.02GHz. There is also 4GB of RAM memory provided to the device and the mother mentioned is msm8953.
The recently launched Mi 5X sports a 5.5-inch 1080 x 1920 pixels display giving a pixel density of 403ppi and came out of the box with Android 7.1.1 Nougat operating system. Under the hood, there is a Qualcomm MSM8953 Snapdragon 625, Octa core chipset coupled with 4GB RAM and Adreno 506 GPU. There is a dual camera setup on the rear with each sensor sporting 12MP and also a 5MP selfie camera. There are two storage options which can be extended further upto 128GB via microSD card slot.
We need to wait for few more days for further leaks and according to that, we rate the smartphone.
