Lava A56 Smartphone with 5″ FWVGA Display & 2G Support Launched
After launching the Lava X28 smartphone, the Indian smartphone manufacturer company has announced a new smartphone with basic specifications that comes with the only 2G support. It has been added to A-series lineup called as Lava A56 and is now listed on their company’s website at a price tag of Rs. 4,199. Nowadays, smartphones are coming with good features and are supporting 4G LTE connection, but this smartphone is limited to only 2G support and comes powered by outdated Android 4.4.2 Kitkat out of the box.
The tagline of the smartphone is Bigger moments deserve a bigger screen and sports a 5.0-inch FWVGA display with 854 x 480 pixels resolution and offers 196 PPI of pixel density. It comes equipped with a dual-core processor that clocks at 1.3 GHz coupled with 512MB of RAM and 4GB of internal memory. You can also expand the memory in further with the 32GB via microSD card slot. It has a dual SIM smartphone and comes packed with an 1850mAh capacity battery that can deliver juice more than a day of usage.
As per as the cameras are concerned, The Lava A56 smartphone bears 5MP primary camera with LED flash that can record videos in 720p at 30 frames per second. On the front, it has a VGA camera for selfies. The other camera features include Digital Zoom, HDR, Grid and Photo Timer. It measures 147 x 72.2 x 9.9 mm in dimensions and unknown weight. This handset will be available in Black and White color variants.
The other connectivity options include Bluetooth v2.1, Micro USB port, 3.5 mm audio jack, FM radio, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS support, and Tethering. It has call features on the smartphone include Vibration on call connection, Auto call recording, and Flip to mute. The device has an Accelerometer sensor and is providing the one-year manufacturer warranty for Phone and six months warranty for in-box accessories from the date of purchase.
